As a graduate in DNB, you will be part of a great team of ambitious and likeminded young professionals, and work closely on a daily basis with more experienced colleagues. Who are we looking for?
We believe that successful banking of tomorrow requires a diversified skillset! We are looking for graduates with various backgrounds, experience, and education preferably in technology, business administration, law, economics, or design subjects. Preferably with a master's degree by autumn 2023.

Our Corporate Graduates will be exposed to challenges such as digital business development, project management, data analysis, financial crime, environmental, social & governance (ESG) and customer management. You will have the opportunity to cooperate and learn from some of the best financial, technological and management experts in Norway.

Recruitment process
Applications will be reviewed after the deadline. Instead of sending us a cover letter we kindly ask you to answer some questions. In addition to the questions and your CV, note that we will require submitted grade transcripts. All uploads must be in PDF. If your profile meets the specified requirements, you will be invited to complete online tests. These tests will take approximately 30 minutes and will be sent to you by email (please also check your spam folder). Based on the results, your academic results and motivation we will invite the top candidates to the next step in the recruitment process.
