The combined solution of these ~300 applications support all aspects of the business for both our customers and internal users - and are delivered continuously several times per week.

We deliver modern business-to-business services both on-prem and in the cloud on a .NET/web-based technology stack using best practice agile methods. Together with our data science team we are regarded a key player in taking DNV’s business into the future.

DNV is now looking for young professionals who are ready to start their journey with us in August 2025. What to expect as a Digital Trainee in Class Development? You will take part in real problem solving finding attractive solutions for thousands of customers worldwide You will join a dedicated development team working close with customers, domain experts, developer, UX designers, architects, data scientists/AI experts and testers You will take part in building solutions with a global impact As a Digital Trainee you will get familiarized with our Maritime business worldwide, e.g. stay abroad for a period of 4-5 months during the program. You will have your own mentor You will join networks like DNV Connect and DNV IT Graduates

About you: We are interested in hearing from you who finalize your degree in spring 2025 and have specialized within Software Development. Further we’re looking for you who are: Passionate programmer Quick learner and data smart Open-minded and curious Self-driven and willing to share Structured and systematic Analytical Able to work both individually and in teams Fluent in English, both verbal and written If you are motivated by solving real, complex problems in a collaborative and creative environment, you are welcome to apply.
