Jotron is strengthening its R&D department and is looking for a curious and engaged Software Engineer who wants to help shape the future of Air Traffic Management solutions.
This position is especially well-suited for those who:
- are recent graduates or in the final year of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
- have an interest in technology, safety-critical systems, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- want to work in a strong professional environment with opportunities to learn and grow
What you’ll be working on:
- Developing new functionality and maintaining existing software
- Using modern technologies such as C#, Qt/C++, HTML, JavaScript, and Angular
- Developing for both Linux and Windows environments
- Testing, debugging, and quality assurance
- Collaborating with hardware, firmware, and QA engineers
What we’re looking for:
You don’t need to know everything — we value motivation and willingness to learn. However, it’s a plus if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree or are in the final year of a computer science/software engineering program
- Familiarity with C#/.NET, C++, or JavaScript/HTML
- Interest in object-oriented programming and version control (Git)
- Knowledge of Linux and network protocols (OSI/IP)
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
